ALLOW people to opt out of superannuation if they forgo government income support in retirement
Historical evidence note — The original IPA wording specified opting out of compulsory superannuation in exchange for promising to forgo government retirement income support. The promise is not the same as a documented statutory loss of Age Pension eligibility. This does not by itself establish IPA influence.
